Management Board of Farmacol S.A.

Barbara Kaszowicz - Vice-President of the Management Board -  Barbara Kaszowicz graduated from the Medical University of Silesia, Faculty of Pharmacy. She also holds a degree in Controlling from the University of Economics in Katowice (Postgraduate Studies).  From 1988 to 1992 she was engaged in research and educational work at the Department of Chemistry and Drug Analysis at the Medical University of Silesia.  In 1992 her cooperation with the University finished and she began her career at the pharmaceutical wholesaler Farmacol, which was subsequently transformed into the Company, where she became i.a. the Director of Pharmacy. In 2005 Barbara Kaszowicz was appointed to the Management Board of Farmacol S.A where, as the Vice-President, she still dynamically manages key process in the Capital Group using new technologies and constantly increasing the level of the services offered.

Ryszard Piekarz – Member of the Management Board – He graduated from the Lublin University of Technology, faculty of Management and Fundamentals of Technology where he was awarded a Master’s degree in Economics. He also attended postgraduate studies at the School of Law and Public Administration in Rzeszów (2007) from where he holds a degree in Economic Law. He has been cooperating within the wholesale pharmaceutical market for several years. From 1999 to 2009 he worked for the wholesaler Podkarpacka Hurtownia Aptekarska Sp. z o.o., and then for Aptekarz Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Rzeszów. Subsequently, after the company’s takeover, in PGF Aptekarz Sp. z o.o. He has been involved in the activities of the Farmacol Capital Group since 2009, where he respectively has held the following positions:  Sales Director of Rzeszów Branch and of Cefarm Kielce S.A. subsidiary, Deputy Sales Director of Rzeszów Branch, and then Regional Director for Rzeszów  and for Rzeszów/Kielce/Lublin Macro Region.  On 26 October 2011 the Chapter of the Regional Pharmaceutical Chamber of Podkarpacie awarded him a medal for “Services for Pharmacies in the Podkarpacie Region” for overall activities for the benefit of the pharmaceutical environment. In July of 2013 he became the Director of Sales Development for the Farmacol Capital Group, responsible for the wholesale of pharmaceuticals to pharmacies all over Poland, and on 1 June 2014 he was appointed as a Member of the Management Board.

Supervisory Board of Farmacol S.A.

Andrzej Olszewski - Chairperson of the Supervisory Board - He graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, he was a Fablok footballer and then a football youth club coach and a PE teacher in Jaworzno.  Subsequently he gained experience at managerial positions in the mining industry (1974-1990). In the 90s (together with his wife) he bought out a pharmacy from the state-owned Cefarm, then he opened the next one in Tychy.  He was responsible for supplies - he searched for medicines, negotiated the prices, organised the transport and finally entered into direct contacts with the drug manufacturers.  That was the beginning of the pharmaceutical wholesale business.  In 1999 Farmacol was listed at the Stock Exchange and the resources obtained from share issue were invested into development of the capital group, taking over smaller pharmaceutical wholesalers as well as purchasing shares in privatised companies including Cefarm Kielce, Wroclaw, Szczecin, Warszawa and Białystok.

Zyta Olszewska – Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board - She holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Medical University in Kraków.  From 1974 to 1980 she worked in pharmacies in Jaworzno as an MPharm and in 1980 she became a manager of one of the pharmacies.  In 1990 (together with her husband) she bought a pharmacy in Jaworzno and opened the next one in Tychy. She was responsible for their management (currently as a partner of PHARMA-FLOS Z.A.M. Olszewscy Spółka jawna). Within the Capital Group Farmacol S.A. she is in charge of contacts with suppliers and negotiation of trading conditions and contracts with manufacturers.

Anna Olszewska - Member of the Supervisory Board - She graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She started her professional career in advertising as an Account Executive at the Advertising Agency “Radna” in Warsaw (2001-2002). She gained her further experience in the family-owned business where she was in charge of contacts with manufacturers and coordination of sale and marketing activities. For the past few years she has worked in the cosmetics business.  Firstly, she was responsible for sales and marketing in chain stores Douglas, and subsequently Marionnaud.  She is also a partner of a company PHARMA-FLOS Z.A.M. Olszewscy spółka jawna that owns and manages a pharmacy.

Maciej Olszewski - Member of the Supervisory Board - He graduated from the Faculty of Management at University of Economics in Katowice.  Before beginning his work at the family-owned business he worked as a sales representative for Hartmann Poland (1997-2000) and a credit inspector at the branch of PKO BP S.A. in Sosnowiec (2000-2002). In 2002 he began his career at Farmacol gradually gaining knowledge about the specifics of each department, where presently he works as an advisor.
