Privacy Policy of Farmacol.com.pl

 

  1. General provisions

Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting data regarding unidentified persons visiting Farmacol.com.pl portal. 

  1. Privacy policy pursuant to the provisions on the protection of personal data
  1. 1 The Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e.: Journal of Laws as of  2002, no.101, item 926 as amended), hereafter called ODU.
  2. 2 The Order of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the processing of personal data and on the technical and organisational specifications, with which the devices and information systems serving to process personal data should comply (Journal of Laws  No. 100, item 1024). 
  1. Glossary of terms
  1. 1 Information Security Administrator (ABI) –  the person designated by the resolution passed by the Management Board of Farmacol S.A. pursuant to Article 36 (3) ODU, monitoring the compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data in FARMACOL,
  2. 2 Personal Data Administrator (ADO) – FARMACOL S.A. with its registered office in Katowice: ul. Rzepakowa 2, 40-541 Katowice, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division, under the National Court Register No.  0000038158, REGON 273352747 with share capital of PLN 300 000, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 9542743162, hereafter called FARMACOL,
  3. 3 Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
  4. 4 Statistical Data –any information on unidentified natural person or other entity, 
  5. 5 Data Processing –  any operations performed on the data such as collecting, backing up, storing, processing, changing, sharing or deleting data. 
  6. 6 Cookies – the definition is included in Cookies Policy available at the http://www.farmacol.com.pl/polityka-cookies
  7. 7 Display Advertising – an advertisement which includes remarketing, reports on Google Ads performance, DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, or reports on interest-based ads and demographic data gathered by Google Analytics.
  1. The scope of data collected under Privacy Policy
  1. 1 Demographic data about users’ interests collected by Google Analytics based on the visitation information from Farmacol sites. Features of Google Analytics are implemented on the basis of display advertising; users may opt out of display advertising by changing Google Ads settings https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
  2. 2 Personal information submitted via the farmacol.com.pl and collected for the purposes of recruitment for selected posts in Farmacol.
  3. 3 Information on users’ visits and sessions registered via cookies.
  1. The obligation to provide information for data collection

When personal information is collected directly from users, forms (questionnaires, printed matter, etc.) that are submitted via the Farmacol.com.pl shall include the granting of consent to the processing of personal data.  In the event of an absence of such a consent, any person whose  data is or may be processed in relation to visiting the Farmacol.com.pl website will be asked to grant such consent. Where consent is not obtained, ADO shall not be entitled to the processing of personal data of the person and will be obliged to destroy a form or a letter.

  1. The exercise of rights of the data subject
  1. 1 In the event of a request for the information on the processing of personal data  based on a written request from the data subject, the reply should be given in accordance with Art. 32 ODU. 
  2. 2 The request by the data subject is forwarded to ABI, who
    shall respond to the request within 30 days.
  1. Data sharing with other entities

Statistical data can be made available in the following situations:  (a written, reasoned request from entity entitled to receive data pursuant to the rules or agreements).
