Farmacol S.A. is the Poland's leading pharmaceutical distributor. Since 1999 company’s shares have been registered at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Farmacol Capital Group distribution network covers the whole area of the Republic of Poland and enables us to supply pharmaceuticals and similar products to a few thousand pharmacies and a few hundred hospitals.

Farmacol – Cefarm Białystok already in portfolio.

Farmacol is already the owner of Cefarm Białystok. The stock exchange distributor of medicines, after receiving the OCCP (the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) permission to purchase the so far state-owned wholesale firm, has purchased nearly 1.6 million shares of Cefarm Białystok for over 71.5 million PLN.

The purchase has been financed from the company’s own resources, supplemented slightly with a bank loan.
The purchased shares give the right to 85 percent of votes for Cefarm General Meeting of Shareholders. Thus Farmacol has executed the privatization agreement with the Ministry of Treasury as of 23rd July this year.
